More of Litchfield National Park... NT, Australia

Crossing the river on a track from a waterfall, a goanna (lizard) did not want us on his bridge. The guide finally walked close (they can whip their tails and hurt you!) and got it to move to the side so that we could cross.

P.S.
The spiny creature we saw at the Reptile Museum is still found in the desert. I can't remember its name however.
The tree with the long branches hanging to the ground was a banyan tree.
