Mr. and Mrs. King Parrot arrive at Julie and Gordon's rural Australia home each day. They want to be fed! Kendra and I helped out. Although we could feed the King Parrots out of our hand, the rosellas (beautiful red and blue feathers), were rather skittish and would fly off at the slightest sound/movement. We've enjoyed all the birds here, but tire of the flocks of cockatoos flying out of the trees screeching rather loudly at us when we are out for our walks.
