I have to say "sorry" to Montevideo and give credit where credit is due. After spending part of a day there, I said unkind things about the area we saw... and yes, it was quite dirty and rundown. However, we took the Buquebus to Montevideo to catch the boat to Buenos Aires and saw an entire different section of Montevideo that looked very lovely from the bus. So, "lo siento" Montevideo. Maybe someday we'll get to visit you again.
