Mi casa es su casa... Piriapolis, Uruguay

These are some of my favorite houses in Piriapolis.I like the variety and the use of different materials in building them. We have seen many thatched-roof houses here and in Argentina. The roof is about 8-10 in. thick. Enjoy!

My favorite is the modern white one overlooking the water. Love the way you took the shot with the flower in the foreground. The thatched roof is really something - does that provide good circulation or good insulation?

Adventure...
